ELYANNA® is a dietary supplement containing Myo-inositol, Diosgenin, Vitamin D, and Alpha-lactalbumin, useful for providing a supplementary intake of the nutrients it contains, in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased bodily requirement. Dioscorea villosa helps counteract menstrual cycle disorders.

Recommended Posology
The recommended daily dose is 2 stick packs per day, taken away from meals, either dissolved directly in the mouth or by mixing the contents in a glass of water and stirring well. To ensure a constant supply of Myo-inositol, the two stick packs should be taken 12 hours apart.
